Together, we make room for the full human experience, tending to what feels most present while fostering a deeper connection with yourself and the life you are living
This work is about supporting the internal shifts that help you meet yourself where you are, especially during seasons of loss, change, uncertainty, or transformation. Having worked with clients from childhood through end of life, I hold a deep appreciation for the complexity and meaning of our time here.

From a young age, I felt a calling to become a therapist. I believe that while we each have our own innate ability to heal, we also need one another’s support. Sometimes, that support comes in the form of a therapeutic space where we can truly meet ourselves.
While my work is deeply meaningful to me, I also value my personal time. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, experiencing live music, and traveling. I'm a proud Siamese cat and Sheltie mom, a partner, a music lover, a yogi, and a foodie
