Hello there, I’m Amanda.


My mission is to create a space for you to embody the full experience of being human. To live mindfully and with intention along the way.

This space can provide you with the internal shifts to fully meet yourself at any stage on your journey. As a practitioner who has worked with clients from childhood to end of life I value this human journey greatly and recognize how valuable our time here truly is. I know my knowledge and guidance will provide you the space to explore the depths of who you are, what you’re moving through and to live fully expressed.

With a background that is integrative and holistic I aim to meet you in your wholeness, considering and working with the power of the nervous system, mind, body, breath and soul.

From a young age I knew that I wanted to assist people in reconnecting to their innate wisdom. We are all interconnected and though we have unique journeys I know that we are meant to move through life alongside one another.

It is my held belief that with an honouring of and a compassionate witnessing to our challenging experiences we can live life with greater harmony. That through an acceptance of and a commitment to ourselves we can thrive in all aspects of our lives.

I am a Siamese Cat and Sheltie mom, partner, life long learner, music lover and foodie. Though this work is a big part of my life, and I also enjoy my alone time, reading, time outdoors, dining out and travelling.
